Vital Farms Unsalted Butter
(room temperature)

avocado oil
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Add the butter, avocado oil, and salt to a food processor and process until smooth and completely homogenous, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a jar and place in the fridge to firm up. When it’s firm, it’s ready to use on whatever you’d like. For best results, store in the fridge.
